The fact that we’re the most self-aware of all species on the planet is a real “no-brainer”. But we can’t go about our daily lives without having some awareness of how we’re being processed by the world around us. These two concepts, awareness and self-awareness, are the two most important things we can learn from the evolutionary perspective.

The concept of awareness is the ability to notice the signs, signals, and behaviors that you’re being “processed” by the world. This concept includes both self-awareness and awareness of others.

The concept of awareness is extremely important, because it allows us to be aware of ourselves, and then to be aware of the world around us in a more conscious manner. Because we are processing our environment, we must not only be aware that we are processing, but we must also be aware of the world around us in a more conscious way.

The ability to consciously know our own thoughts, desires, emotions, feelings, motivations, and intentions is essential for self-awareness. Because if we consciously know what we are, we can control what we become.

So if you could get rid of your inner critic, maybe you wouldn’t be so self-conscious about your appearance, hygiene, and general hygiene in general. Maybe you wouldn’t be such a little bitch when it comes to asking where you can eat and when you can hang out. Maybe you wouldn’t be so self-righteous about all these other things you do.

The problem with self-awareness is that it is impossible to control. Sure, we can try to be more mindful of what we say and how we behave, but we can never truly control our thoughts. The thoughts we have are just that—our thoughts. We can’t really control them.

I am sure everyone’s thoughts are quite similar to mine when it comes to our thoughts. We have so many choices and so many little decisions to make that we forget that we are on autopilot. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions lead us to what we want to accomplish. The only way to make these things happen is to take charge and control our thoughts.
